Job Title Part Time Administrator

We are recruiting a Secretary/Administrator to work in a sales office based in Dunlaoghaire.

This is an initial 3 month contract to start asap. The role could go on longer.

Suitable candidate must have great communication skills, numerical and excel skills.


  • Admin support to Customer Manager - with completiing proposals, amending where required
  • Updateing forecast file
  • Obtain confirmation from Customer before promotion is due to go live
  • Provide claims support
  • Liaising with supply chain to ensure that the base and demand volumes are accurately reflected in the forecast file
  • Update post evaluations for the Irish Customers and team
  • Work with the Ireland Sales team, Marketing and Category to provide administration support to complete the forecast files are updated in a timely and accurately manner
  • New lines added to the forecast file. Liaise with Customer Finance to ensure that the pricing sheets are correctly reflected
  • Admin , secretarial support to General Manager.
  • Rate: €14-15ph. Hours can be flexible- 9-5 or 8-4 Monday-Friday - 4 days a week, or maybe 3 days.

  • Experience working in a sales office is preferable but not necessary
  • Strong communication and computer skills are required (MIcrosoft suite)
  • Ability to multitask
