Job Title Financial Administrator - Waterford - PA

Hartley People are currently recruiting for a Financial Administrator for a role based in Waterford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a progressive and growing Financial Services company on a part-time basis.


All office administration duties including:

  • Providing administration support
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Aiding in the processing of documentation in relation to new business applications
  • Liasing with product providers
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required


  • 2 years' experience within an Insurance or Financial services enviornment
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of using IT systems including MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own initiative, good planning and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • QFA qualification an advantage
