Job Title Receptionist / Administrator (Part Time)


We are currently recruiting an experienced Part-time Receptionist/Administrator for a busy organisation based in Shannon, Co. Clare.


  • General receptionist duties; answering phone, forwarding messages
  • Co-ordination and booking travel and hotel arrangements for employees
  • Responsible for diary management of Company meetings
  • Carry out specific projects and research as required
  • Deal with incoming email and post
  • Distributing post and packages to relevant personnel
  • Produce documents accurately and timely as required
  • Support various functions within the Company
  • Provide secretarial duties to MD and other Company Management as required
  • General Housekeeping of Reception and Meeting areas


  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (preferable)
  • Possess a can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow up in a timely manner
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (9am to 1pm)
